Caribou Cafe is a 30 year old brassserie in the heart of center city. This establishment is now under new managment and is looking for a BOH team, dedicated to french cooking, and looking to learn. Caribou is now apart of the Townsend Wentz Restaurant Group, and currently run by Award winning Chef Eric Starkman (who has been featured in The Philadelphia Inquirer, and Michelin).
